Tracy Whitfield
I identify as a queer woman with a disability who has an MSW and additional graduate work in Critical Disability Studies. During my seventeen-year career I have worked in community mental health and education with a focus on UDL and anti-oppressive work. I have designed technologies to increase access for diverse learners and have developed college courses, workshops and protocols using UDL. I currently work in a program that uses UDL to support students who have historically had less access to education due to discrimination and stigma surrounding mental health and substance use labels in our society.
