Luis Pérez
Luis Pérez is an instructional designer, consultant, speaker and author based in St. Petersburg, Florida. He holds a doctorate in special education and a master’s degree in instructional technology from the University of South Florida. Luis is a member of the CAST UDL Cadre, and he was selected as an Apple Distinguished Educator (ADE) in 2009. In 2016, the Inclusive Learning Network of ISTE recognized him as its Outstanding Inclusive Educator.
