Jacquelyn Chini

Jackie Chini is an assistant professor in the physics department at the University of Central Florida. She earned a Ph.D. in physics from Kansas State University and a B.A. in physics from Drew University. She is the Principal Investigator on several National Science Foundation-funded grants, including a CAREER award to study and shift views of practicing physicists about students and early career physicists with disabilities. Jackie is chair of the Committee on Science Education for the Public for the American Association of Physics Teachers and is on the organizing committee for the 2019 Physics Education Research Conference.
