I am with Ministry of Education, working in the field of Special Education (SPED). We support SPED schools in Singapore by providing guidance in the area of curriculum transformation and implementation to equip and support Curriculum Leadership Teams, which are led by School Leaders in every SPED school, in their curriculum development and instructional planning capability efforts. We also facilitate professional development opportunities for SPED school staff in the form of consultancies and trainings in different learning domains and work with schools to prototype and develop various approaches and resources to support schools in their curriculum development efforts.
