My favorite thing to do is support educators, schools, districts, state departments, and ministries of education to utilize the UDL framework to improve student outcomes and support the growth of expert learners. My other favorite thing is producing the popular podcast UDL in 15 Minutes. I was the first ever UDL Coordinator for a district (it happened to be Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation) before receiving my post-doctoral fellowship at CAST and becoming a member of the CAST Cadre.
