Efforts to facilitate a system wide implementation of the UDL Framework have been mixed. Questions on whether teacher application is truly aligned to the UDL Framework as well as challenges in measuring the impact of such endeavors has fostered uncertain outcomes. This presentation, however, features a district-wide effort to implement the UDL Framework through effective components of professional learning. Participants will learn about the essential elements of the training, aligned to the UDL principles, as well as data of teacher application in their respective classrooms. This interactive session will engage participants on what is needed to successfully implement the UDL framework across teachers, grades, schools, and at a level that impacts student development.
